Yes. Instant Credit Inc. takes privacy seriously and complies with:

• PIPEDA (Canada-wide) — your right to know what data we collect, why, and to access or correct it
• Law 25 / Loi 25 (Quebec) — heightened consent, breach notification within 24 hours, Privacy Officer designation
• Bill 96 (Quebec) — French-language disclosures and contract terms
• CASL — opt-in only for marketing emails; unsubscribe one-click

What we collect:

• Identity: name, date of birth, address, government-issued ID number (for KYC verification)
• Income: bank statement snapshot via IBV, employer info, pay frequency
• Contact: email, phone

What we don’t sell or share with third parties for marketing.

Your data is stored on Canadian servers, encrypted in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest (AES-256). Access is logged and limited to staff who need it to underwrite or service your loan.
