Is Instant Credit licensed?

Instant Credit Inc. (operating as 9352-1300 Québec Inc.) is a loan brokerage / referral platform. We connect Canadian borrowers with licensed Canadian lenders — every lender on the platform holds the required provincial credit-grantor or consumer-lending licenses for the provinces in which they fund loans.

Lender licensing varies by province:

• Ontario — Cost of Borrowing (CoB) regulations under the Ontario Loan Brokers Act
• Alberta — Consumer Protection Act, payday/short-term lending licenses for eligible products
• BC, MB, SK, NS, NB, NL, PEI — provincial consumer protection statutes
• Quebec — Consumer Protection Act, in addition to Bill 96 (French disclosure) and Law 25 (privacy). Not all products are available in Quebec; eligibility is determined on the application page.
